A clubhouse by the lake. For members.

Our goal is ambitious: a members' clubhouse on Lake Thun. With a pool. With food and drinks at prices well below what restaurants charge — because the association subsidizes them for members, not for profit. In the higher membership tier they are included.

We invest not only ourselves in properties. We have already received properties as donations into the association’s assets. This is the foundation on which we build the clubhouse — step by step, without investor pressure.

That members donate properties to us instead of renting them out says more about the substance of our association than any advertising claim.
